Hello and thank you for choosing the Creatr HS for your printing needs.


If you notice the X assembly belt is loose and is vibrating while you are printing you have to check the following in order to fix it.


    1.Please note that a loose belt will directly influence the quality of the print. So the first thing to check is the shaft and pulley of the X stepper motor and see if they are in any way damaged (broken motor shaft, bent motor shaft and/or pulley,the pulley has axial play, etc). If they present with damage the pulley and/or stepper motor must be changed.


    2.If the motor shaft and pulley are in working order the next step is to check the POM wheel (see picture below) located on the other side of the print head. Also check this wheel for imperfections and nicks on the surface of the part.
